Friendly staff, comfortable rooms
Stayed here with my family. Had two upper floor rooms. Very comfortable and clean. Staff very hospitable and friendly. They also scheduled our tours. Staff member took time to accompany and translate for my wife at the hair salon across the street. ....Included breakfast served in nice setting on first floor. Limited choice but very good. .....Definitely would recommend using the hotels airport van. Same price, no problems. ....Would stay again at this hotel on a future trip through this area.

Nice, well located hotel with very helpful staff
The hotel is situated in the heart of the old quarter and has nicely decorated rooms with everything you'd expect at this price point. The staff were excellent, booking competitively priced tours, visa extensions and train tickets for us hassle free. They even accompanied us to the police station on two occasions to translate for us while we dealt with (the very unfriendly) police. (A word of advice, try not to get anything stolen in Hanoi, the police are extremely difficult to get a crime report from since new anti-bribery laws have been passed). The only issue with the Hotel was the loud building noise coming from above in the rooms on the higher floors. The staff however were very helpful again, moving us to a lower floor at our request. Definitely recommended.

Perfect, 5 stars
This is the second time I have stayed here. I spent some time in Hanoi and stayed here, went to Halong and then came back. Both times I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Rooms both times were excellent. Very spacious and clean. One of the largest and nicest rooms I've stayed in at this price. Excellent. Recommended.

Very lovely hotel
By far the nicest, friendliest and cleanest hotel I have stayed in on my three month trip so far. If you are in Ha Noi on a relative budget, you can't go wrong here. Huge room for the price, comfortable bed, staff speak good English.

Good Hotel With Helpful & Friendly Staffs
i stayed with my husband & teenager daughter for 5 nights in family suite room....with 1 word to describe...excellent!!the room are spacious,comfortable beds with facilities such as wifi,flat screen tv,hair dryer,hot shower,kettle,even a balcony with fresh air & view.we pay for 2 1/2 stars rate,but enjoy 5 stars services

Very Damp
Extremely damp room, damp all over the walls and all the bed sheets were really damp. It was a horrible experience and we checked out and found somewhere else to stay because they would not change the room. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

TERRIBLE, NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE
Our Room was Damp and dirty, the first thing that hit us, was the smell, stunk of damp, there was damp all up the walls, all the bedding when we got in bed was really damp and cold. we complained and explained very clearly, but they did nothing! they just said oh! we then went to bed with all our clothes on, because it was so cold and damp. then the noise started, there is a nightclub next door, loud music all night, and shouting. we had no sleep. breakfast not good either horrible experience, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

amazing stay
Absolutely brilliant staffs and excellent services, our room was offered with fresh fruits, real flowers everyday, breakfast(buffet) at restaurant with may choices was very good while its variety and amazing city view. A Class Cruise which we booked at hotel was wonderful(price, safe, secure). we highly recommend book trips at hotel. thank finally for real hospitality ”

trendy and safe hotel
This hotel very good services, staffs friendly always make us happy and crazy. an excellent restaurant at 1st floor was very nice with many choices. our room was perfect with PC, window and expanding outside of balcony. highly recommend

very nice stay
staffs always eager to help, room with fresh flowers and computer inside my room. breakfast was many choices :both Vietnamese and international food as well. I will definitely come back next month
