They can accommodate up to 6 or 8 people and all have air conditioning, central heating, a colour television, a stereo (with CD player), a large dining table and a balcony that faces on to the street.The apartments are smoke-free and the recently renovated building has an elevator.Guests can also avail of the services of the 24-hour front desk at the nearby sister hotel, Boutique Hotel Barcelona where multilingual staff can offer tour assistance.
IMPORTANT: Guest must contact apartment administration prior to arriving at the apartments with a confirmed time of arrival.

Upon arrival guests should proceed to the Barcelona Boutique Hotel, at Pau Claris street 145 ent 1, to collect the keys to their apartment, directions, and a map of Barcelona. It is open 24 hours and is within walking distance of Passeig de Gracia metro.
NOTE: At check-in, there will be a 300Euro security deposit charge by credit card pre-authorization, which will be automatically cancelled after verifying the apartment's condition.
