The art island of Naoshima is a must-visit destination for art lovers. This unique space was the brainchild of the Art House Project who had the idea of turning a sleepy costal town into an island dedicated to showcasing contemporary art. Home to galleries and alfresco sculpture parks showing works by everyone from Claude Monet to Yayoi Kusama (see picture). Visitors will be wowed by the architectural wonders of renowned Japanese architect Tadao Ando, super cool cafes and magical views.

The world’s largest salt flat, Salar de Uyuni is a massive 10,582 square kilometres wide! The salt, formed from pre-historic lakes, is to photographers what Angkor Wat is to archaeologist – a total wonderland! This awesome photo illustrates that point perfectly. No visit to Bolivia is complete without time spent here and some brilliant photo to prove it!
