Day 5
We enjoyed breakfast at Catalunya Square in the sunshine after which we then headed for the Aerobus which picked us up from the Square, and in 20 minutes had us at the airport. Having eaten before getting to the airport we saved on having to purchase food which is expensive which ever airport you go to.
We bought some drinks with our last few euros and spent the time waiting for our flight flicking through our fabulous photos from the trip. On a larger budget travellers can purchase goods in the airport from designer stores including Burberry, Christian Dior as well as smaller stores selling jewellery and potential gift purchases, although I would not necessarily recommend souvenir purchases here.
