Italy Holidays
The historical sites and cultural landmarks of Italy are things that visitors should see with their own eyes. While many people have an idea about what they want to see and do in the country, travellers shouldn't miss a few things.
Rome's Etruscan Museum at Villa Giulia is just one of those attractions. This museum is home to one of the largest collections of Etruscan artwork, and it is within driving distance of painted tombs and other sites. Visitors can also stop by the Coliseum, which is more than two centuries old and is one of the most popular landmarks for those travelling abroad. Whether you want to take tours of specific Italian cities or you wish to look at the unique areas of the country, use ebookers to plan your trip and stick to your budget.

Best time to take a holiday to Italy
-
Fall is the best time to plan your Italian holiday because the cities are much less crowded than they are during the summer. Fall temperatures have lows of around 8 to 14°C, with highs in the high 10s and mid-20s. Summer temperatures can climb to 29°C, but summer also brings a large number of travellers. The spring season has some mild temperatures from around 10°C to more than 20 degrees. The beginning of June marks the tourist season in Italy, and while temperatures are much higher, you need to decide if you can handle the large crowds.
