Incredibly poor breakfast. Pale, undercooked, poorly presented hot food. So bad that we went out to get breakfast on second morning. Reception staff were only saving grace.

Extremely noisy hotel

Stayed on a Saturday night and the noise outside the hotel from 12.30 to 04:00 is just too much. This an area where many late night revellers come to get something to eat and a taxi home. The rooms do not have air conditioning and impossible to sleep with the window open. It's time the Holiday Inn followed Premier Inn and travel lodges by increasing the bed sizes. The complimentary breakfast is has considerable variety however the hot food is of poor quality.
