Had an excellent stay at the hotel. From a very pleasant welcome at reception, complimentary drinks through to comfort, cleanliness and in room facilities it was first class. Our executive room on the 6th floor had a lovely large dual aspect window which made the room very bright and airy which was great feature. Would definitely stay here again.

Jurys Inns are what they are - slightly over-blown Premier Inns. Our room was clean here, but basic. The bed was comfortable and overall maintenance was reasonable. Staff interactions were minimal, and those we had were perfunctory at best. This isn't hospitality; it's a bed factory. The lifts were slow and unreliable, with floor indicators not working in both of them, which I suspect was a symptom of a wider fault in the operating system - meaning that it was not optimising which floors to serve, at what frequency and priority, as would normally be the case with a computerised system. The rate was low, however, comparable with a Premier Inn, so overall we were satisfied.

Efficient staff, great location and comfy bed however the room smelled really bad. The worst was the bathroom - disgusting smell very similar to stale cigarette smoke.
