Grounds are lovely and ideal location however, Changing room at pool had a very strong smell of urine. We stayed in the hotel, we were kept up most of the night by the sound of the room above walking about, flushing the toilet etc. there was also a large green fire exit light in the room that lit the room up all night.

We were initially offered a cottage that was very dated and tired. We asked for a more modern up-to-date one and we are quickly transferred to this new cottage which was very pleasant. There was a distinct lack of atmosphere in the resort not sure if this was due to Covid or not but could really been doing with more entertainment for both adults and children. The grounds are very well maintained and spotlessly clean. You can walk it to Aberfeldy takes approximately 15/20 minutes but if you’re looking to eat out you need to make sure you book somewhere as a lot of the restaurants have reduced number of tables due to staffing challenges. It’s also worth noting there’s only one taxi in Aberfeldy so if your planning on using one you’ll need to book it well in advance especially if your going out at the weekend.

Love this place. 3rd trip & not been disappointed with anything. Such a relaxing place & the staff are amazing. Lovely food as well and not over priced. A lovely place that’s great value 🤗

The grounds are nice and well kept and the pool was enjoyable but the cottage we had was disappointing, dated and just in need of updating as showing the signs of its use, holes in the wardrobe doors, tears in the bathroom flooring, patched up holes in the walls ect. Work seemed to be getting done in the cottage next to us as both mornings of our stay we had early wake up calls from banging next door. The place didn't seem overly busy so baffles me why they would place someone in a cottage next to one having work done when there seemed to be plenty of other empty units available?
