Dear guests, thank you for taking some time in evaluating your experience at the Hotel Troya, and thank you for giving a good rating of our establishment. Regarding you comments about the works, there are some works in an annex buidilng, which is going to become a commercial area. There are no works within the Hotel premises. We have been informed that those external works will be finished soon. The All Inclusive service includes several services, but not the Spa Circuit (that is the facility where an indoor swimming pool is located). The Spa Circuit is included if you book a Club Alexandre Room or a Junior Suite. However, our 3 main swimming pools are heated when needed, and they are all free of use for our guests. If you come back in the future, please do not hesitate to contact the Hotel prior to your visit.
