This is a very friendly hotel. Comfortable spacious rooms. Great food with an excellent menu. We really enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to return. Twice a week towel change is inadequate. The hard dining room chairs are very uncomfortable. Overall very impressed with this hotel.

Rooms hot & smelly, walls badly in need of paint

Pros: Ideal positon
Cons: Air conditioning in rooms Complete repainting
Room hot and smelled of strong cleaning fluid .walls badly in need of paint. Air conditioning required. Food very poor.

Good location close to restaurants and bars

Pros: It was reasonably priced for an all-inclusive stay
Cons: The hotel will shortly be in need of a facelift
A pleasant hotel close to amenities, shops and banks. Short walk downhill to Puerto Colon where there are sea trips, restaurants, shops and bars. The Irish Rose bar has a bookmakers inside.

Hotelli on hinta/laatusuhteeltaan erinomainen. Huoneet ovat siistit ja hyvät, allinclusive palvelut toimivat hyvin ja allasalue ainakin aikuiseen makuun hyvä. Osa henkilökunnasta hieman töykeitä. Kohteliasta olisi tervehtiä asiakasta, kun nämä kävelevät respan ohitse hotelliin sisään tai sieltä ulos.
