Had a nice time at the palm beach club . I was disappointed as I paid extra for a superior room there was nothing special about it the bed in the living room was so uncomfortable. Every night 1 of us would get a hot shower the rest of us had to shower on cold water which I thought was awful .

Stunning views, lovely staff, welcoming hotel

Went for sea view which really didn't disappoint, absolutely beautiful view. Really good value for money. Great facilities with pool, supermarket, bakery ect, a lovely family hotel. The only two things that let the hotel down were; the beds/pillows were ridiculous hard (the sofa was more comfortable) also showers had to be timed as hot water ran out quickly (could only fill the bath half way until the water went freezing cold). Overal, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again :)

Central to it all

Great location, pool, room, food, staff, beware of key concierge staff, appear interested in you but only want to send you to a silverpoint presentation which is a scam, beware these ladies are wolves in sheeps clothing!

Huoneet olivat jo vanhoja ja kuluneita. Kylpyhuone tunkkainen/kosteusvaurioita. Sijainti erittäin hyvä ja kaupat vieressä. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja aamupalabuffet maistuva. Mukavaa ohjelmaa allasalueella joka päivä.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Traumhafte Meersicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich . Leider gibt es für mich Minuspunkte für das Reinigungspersonal. Das Innenleben sollte renoviert werden. Die Einrichtung ist alt und richt schlecht. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Teilweise sind die Zimmer wirklich renowierungsbedürftig. Vorallem die Zimmer im hinteren Teil. An einem Abend ist im Badezimmer Wasser von der Decke gekommen. Das Wasser hat über die Lampe die Sicherung rausgehauen. Wie standen für einige Zeit im Dunkeln, bis der Techniker provisorisch die Lampen vom elektrischen getrennt hat. Echt Gefährlich soetwas. Ist halt wenn man Geld sparen will auf den Kanaren ^^ 1 mal in der Woche wurde das Zimmer gereinigt. Die Lage des Hotel ist top. Ich war nur in diesem Hotel, da die Preise bei den guten Anlagen über Weihnachten Neujahr einfach überteuert sind. Nächstes mal wieder Riu Palace oder ähnliches ;)
