Location of the hotel is perfect rite in the middle of everything. But expect to be mis led alot. As it was still warm weather we asked for the air conditioning to be turned on and they said they can not as the heating was on and even refused to provide us with a fan, even ibis provide fans and this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. Instead they advised us to keep the balcony doors open. Not just that but even the fridges were not working. So no cold drinks and apparently all the fridges were in same condition. So do ecpect to be drinking warm water in your room. A technician did come to check the fridge and said it will start working in an hour but that 1 hour never came. We reported to the reception again and they totally did not give a damn about it. Not just that they even tried to bill us dh800 for a breakfast that they said was available for us that the reception even admitted to but the manager who had a stinking attitude was consistent that we pay or he will bill the reception staff. Felt so sorry for the staff. And to end the holiday a day before check out i am in the shawer with shampoo on me head and the water turns of, for 15min there was no water. No way would i ever travel back to that place. I had a better experience at 4 star on my last trip to agadir.

Good in this hotel: -Excellent location near the beach -Very beautiful and nice pool area -Live music and performances in the evening in the bar and activities in pool area -Friendly pewrsonnel in all places But some problems with the service: 1) We needed to ask 3 times to repair the airconditioning which was not working in the first days, third time/day there came a mechanic, looked the system and turned on the fuse somewhere outside the room and after it worked, it took him 10 sec... 2) Breakfast, in early times 0600-> it is open but many simple things like orange juice is missing. Hot food like sausages were bit cold few times. Knifes, spoons, coffee cups and napkins were missing some times. 3) In the beginnig 1 bathrobe was missing. One day room was cleaned but few towels were missing. Few days they did not gave new water bottles which were included. But as a summary we would recommend this hotel despite some service problems, I hope that they are exceptional and rare.

Bel hôtel miniclub excellent

Pros: Personnel serviable. Miniclub au top.WiFi partout.
Cons: Accueil à la réception pas de cocktail de bienvenue ni de info sur le fonctionnement de l hotel. Pas d ambiance surtout le soir.
Location: Très bien situé plage à proximité restaurants jeux enfants supérettes pharmacie boutiques souvenirs marina shopping.
Sejour de 3 semaines en famille chambres propres grandes piscine celle pour enfants immense et chauffée petitdej varié WiFi partout miniclub avec beaucoup de jeux et de animations avec une animatrice excellente avec les enfants il y a même des sorties. Pas d ambiance le soir le même chanteur avec les mêmes titres tous les soirs.
