we are very sorry that we did not manage to meet your needs . Although your reservation was non refundable and a last moment booking we refund you 3 nights . Although your behavior at the staff was not polite we helped you to get money back .In any case if you continue blaiming the hotel in the social media we preserve all of our rights by law
