Gute Lage. Zimmer saber, aber ein paar Dinge sind in die Jahre gekommen. Teppiche müssten raus, staddessen Holz- oder Steinplatten. Lift ist auch nich mehr neustes Modell, dafür Treppenhaus ok

My room was dirty and although I Mentioned it to staff The dirt was not cleaned (particularly in bathroom) during my 3 days stay. On my arrival the bed was messy and not fully made. Also a very strong smelling chemical had spilled, leaving a large puddle on the floor. When I wiped it up I discovered the floor was filthy: the cloth was black with dirt after just a few wipes. And the chemical smell lingered despite keeping the windows open for three days. Staff were often absent or unavailable.

Personnel très pro et agréable, heureusement!

Est ce parce que nous avions réservé notre chambre via une centrale de réservation? Chambre ok mais salle de bain hors d’age, baignoire qui fuit, meuble décrépit. Le standing annoncé de l’hotel ne concernait pas notre chambre. Heureusement le personnel était très pro et agréable.
