Dear Karen, Thank you so much for your honest and personal opinion regarding our Hotel NAU São Rafael Suites. It certainly deserved our best attention. We are pleased to see that you found our rooms family friendly. Also, we appreciate your kind words about our attentive and helpful Team. Our Guests feedback is of utmost importance to us and we regret to read that you felt disappointed with some aspects of your recent experience, that doesn't reflect our standard. We regret not meeting your taste with the range of food options provided in our Restaurants. We would like to point out that it is possible upon request to our head waiter to arrange you alternative food choices in our restaurants if the provided ones don't meet your taste. Also, in addition to our Buffet Restaurant, we have an Italian restaurant and a Gastrobar. Regarding the entertainment, we are sorry for not being able to achieve your expectations and we will, certainly, take your comments and suggestions into consideration.
