Es tut uns jedoch sehr leid, dass Sie die Einrichtungen nicht zu Ihrer vollsten Zufriedenheit gefunden haben. Wir entschuldigen uns für etwaige Unannehmlichkeiten, die Ihnen während Ihres Aufenthalts entstanden sind. Wir hoffen, dass Sie uns erneut die Gelegenheit geben, alles in unserer Macht Stehende zu tun, um es bei Ihrem nächsten Besuch wieder gut zu machen. We are sorry to read that your recent stay with us was not completly convenient and kindly ask you to accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences you may have experienced due to vegetarian food. In general, we would like to clarify that our Guests have every day and in every meal different options to chose from: soups, composed salads, salads to prepare on their own, big variety of breads, show cooking with fish and meat, pasta section, paellas and three or four prepared warm meals ( meat and fish), fruit section, cut fruit section and a vegetarian corner.
