Lovely Hotel

Great location, really clean and tidy. Lovely roof top terrace and breakfast area. Rooms on the ground floor on side of the building are very dark and should be avoided. Would stay again but would want a different room that allowed sunlight. Staff very good and helpful where possible.

Ich war in einem Panorama Apartment, das sehr sehr gut gelegen, sehr neu und bestens Ausgestattet ist. Ideal für alle Personen von Jung bis alt die gerne etwas separierter wohnen möchten da es alles nur Apartments sind und keine Hotelzimmer ( Achtung gibt beides, kommt auf die Beschreibung der Zimmer an) Ich war zumindest begeistert. Was man sicher wissen sollte, wenn jemand seeehr hellhörig und geräusch empfindlich ist, ist es vielleicht nicht ideal da ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt bereits eine Bar zu finden ist von der man etwas von der Musik mitbekommt jedoch nicht extrem, ich hatte damit kein Problem und würde daher immer wieder diese Unterkunft in Alghero aufsuchen. :)

Die Lage des Hotels war mittelmässig.Gefallen hat uns das die Rezeption früh offen hatte und bis spät geöffnet. Der Korridor zu den Zimmern war in schrecklich, der helle Teppich war dreckig und die Tapeten haben sich gelöst. Das Zimmer war sauber aber keine 4 Sterne Klasse höchtens 1 oder maximal 2 Sterne. Das Badezimmer war ziemlich neu und in Ordnung. Das Bett war sehr hart und unbequem. Die Ausstattung war unterste Preisklasse. Die Türen haben nicht abgedichtet weshalb man alles und jeden gehört hat. Der Preis widerspiegelt nicht das gebotene.

Very good - Not very good - ... Very good: - Le personnel de la réception, personnel en général - Le petit-déjeuner - La situation - Propre (si vous ne pousser pas le bouchon) Not very good: - Nous y avons passés 12 nuits et un des ascenseur de surcroît celui qui va du sous-sol au dernier étage n'a fonctionné que le dernier jour - Salle de bain et en général pas vraiment moyen de suspendre quoi que soit autrement que dans la petite garde-robe à l'entrée - L'établissement (comme quasiment partout) propose de contribuer au "développement durable", très bien! Mais alors pourquoi changer mon linge de bain tout les jours…!? Et de plus fournir des rouleaux de papier de toilettes "individuellement" emballés dans du plastique ainsi que des verres jetables (plastique) et aussi emballés dans du plastique, idem en salle à manger…!? - Linge (de piscine/plage) seulement fournit contre payement. - Possibilités de parquer, certes mais beaucoup trop cher et plutôt contigu Suggestions: - Réduire au maximum possible toutes les mono-doses dans tous les secteurs, de nos jours c'est bien possible avec par exemple, les bouteilles de savon et shampoing rechargeables, c'est par ailleurs le cas à l'hotel Alma,... - Plutôt que de gentiment déposer quelques fruits et 2 chocolats/biscuits et l'avant-dernier soir une bouteille de vin mousseux et un petit mot (tellement impersonnel), peut être fournir des linges de plage

Gentile Ospite, grazie per il tempo dedicato a descrivere il suo ultimo soggiorno all'Hotel Alma di Alghero****. Ci fa piacere sapere che ha gradito il nostro personale in generale, la colazione e la struttura. Allo stesso tempo ci dispiace che non tutto sia stato all'altezza delle sue aspettative. Purtroppo uno dei due ascensori di cui l'Hotel è dotato ha avuto un problema alla scheda elettrica e abbiamo dovuto aspettare 10 giorni l'arrivo del nuovo pezzo. Fortunatamente adesso entrambi gli ascensori funzionano. La ringraziamo per i suggerimenti dati, per noi sono importanti e cercheremo di tenerne conto nel nostro impegno a salvaguardia dell'ambiente. Nell'attesa di poterle dare il benvenuto in un prossimo soggiorno, tutto lo staff dell'Hotel Alma di Alghero****la saluta cordialmente.

Gutes Hotel

Pros: Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal gelegen. Das Personal, vorallem die Frühstücks-Crew war sehr gut und freundlich
Cons: Alles Negative
Location: Das Hotel befindet sich an guter Lage. Zu Fuss ist man in 30 Minuten in der historischen Altstadt. In 2 Minuten am Strand.
Das Hotel war gut, sehr sauber, die Staff war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Negativpunkte: - nicht sauberes Pool - zu laut in den Zimmer (dünne Wände hört die Nachbarn sprechen) - Fitnessraum veraltete Geräte - Die Putzfrauen haben ab 07:30 Uhr bei den Putzarbeiten zu viel Lärm gemacht - Parkplatzkosten von EUR 15.00/Tag viel zu hoch

Strandnähe und Stadtnähe überzeugen

Pros: Lage & Pool
Cons: Lärmschutz für die Gäste
Location: Das Hotel ist ganz nahe am Strand. Altstadtausflug, Strandspaziergänge, Sonnenenuntergang auf dem Dach
Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel in überzeugend schöner und auch praktischer Lage. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf dem Dach überzeugt der wunderschöne Pool, dessen Wasser jedoch leider ein wenig trübe wahr. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum satt werden. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt wäre die Hellhörigkeit in manchen Bereichen. Wenn die Vorbereitungen für das Frühstück laufen kann es sehr früh am Morgen punktuell doch ein wenig ungemütlich werden ......
