Terrible hotel. Lobby staff impolite and arrogant.

Pros: Samira from the Restaurant "El Djedinia", Mehdi and Fella from the restaurant "El Mordjane" were excellent, very kind and professional.
Cons: The entire lobby staff, first of all, need to be changed or at least well-trained to welcome temporary residents ad visitors
As mentioned above, the Hotel Lobby staff was impolite and arrogant, asking us to pay for a room already booked and paid, asking us to pay for extra we didn't have had. There is no coordination in this hotel. A letter will be sent to the Management of this hotel.

literie impeccable et lit confortable. navette aeroport gratuite. salle de bain très defraichie douche pas très propre. restauration couteuse et de pietre qualité pour le prix. manque d'amabilité du personnel. intrusion du personnel dans la chambre sans frapper.

Déçu pour une chambre de luxe à 220€ la nuit.

Pros: la restauration reste correcte mais assez chère. proximité.
Cons: l'intérieur des chambres par rapport au prix...
Déçu pour une chambre de luxe à 220€ la nuit.même pas de chauffage. quand on demande de mettre le chauffage, on vous dit que c'est assez chaud comme ça. 19°c dans la chambre. les draps tachés, lit aucun confort très vieux, coussin à revoir, moquette ....

Hôtel bien mais je le conseille pour une nuit

J’ai passer 2nuit dans cette hôtel et je peux vous dire que à l’accueil il y’a un certain Mr qu’il connaît vraiment pas sont travaille et il parle au client comme des chien à croire que ci lui le patron voilà pourquoi je le recommande pas cette hôtel je peux vous conseiller Le Sheraton ou el aurassi et même mercure
