Yleisvaikutelma käytävässä ja huoneessa kulahtanut. Huoneen oven kiinni saaminen oli vaikeaa. Kylpyhuoneessa viemäri piti pitkään ääntä veden laskemisen jälkeen. Huone oli pimeä ja näköala katolle putkiin. Ikkunaa ei saanut auki ja huone oli kuuma joten nukkuminen oli surkeaa. Ei huoneessa vedenkeittomahdollisuutta. Aamupala oli loistava joskin leivät tulivat myöhässä. Henkilökunta neuvoi ystävällisesti ilmaisen pysäköinnin. Sijainti oli hyvä.

Altan keskusta on hieno ja hotellin sijainti aivan erikoisen kirkon vieressä on erinpmainen. Motoristille autohalli paikka luksusta! Ainoa mikä ei mennyt putkeen oli vastaanotto, vain yksi virkailija. Joka hoiti homman hienosti, mutta pitkä jonottaminen oli liikaa! Näin arvokkaassa majoituksessa pitäisi olla henkilökuntaa riittävästi, nyt ei ollut…

Als wir ankamen fragte ich nach ob es möglich ist eine zweite Nacht zu Buchen , die Dame an der Reception verneinte es sei nichts mehr Frei. Sie war sehr unfreundlich , ich schaute auf der Internetseite von ebookers nach und siehe da ich konnte über die Seite ein Zimmer Buchen Kingsize Bett. Es wurde uns nichts gesagt das wir unsere Sachen im Zimmer lassen konnte wir gingen davon aus das wir die nächste Nacht dann im anderen Zimmer verbringen ,aber nein sie gaben uns nochmals das gleiche Zimmer keine Entschuldigung nichts.Und das Zimmer wurde einfach nur Husch Husch parat gemacht. Nicht gerade begeistert.

Cheking in took ages, separate beds first against request. room had no refridgerator, coffee, tee or info about city or hotel. You could hear noises from other rooms very loudly through ventilation. Breakfast was chaos at first morning, out of everything.
