Dear Lara, I'm very sorry to hear you had a negative experience. We strive to make our guests stay as comfortable as possible. Our A/C system only functions when the windows are closed this is to be more sustainable, our new night receptionist did not know about this and that is a mistake from our side, I have discussed this with your husband in the morning and he understood. I understand that you asked for a room move because that seems like the simplest solution, however we were fully booked that night and were therefore unable to fulfill that request and looked for an different solution with the extra blankets. I will discuss all your feedback with our employees. My sincerest apologies again for disappointing you. We hope that you will forgive us.
