Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only down side is it was two twin beds pushed together. However it wasnt a major issue. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Good Location, however poor comfort

I'll promise to be short, so I'll just stick with points: - the walls are extremely thin, I could hear the room next door using the bathroom and housekeeper vacuuming in the morning if you plan to have a lie in - the pillows provided were huge, not your standard rectangle pillows so not great for your neck - booked a double room but was 2 singles pushed together, had to ask to get a topper to make it 'connected' - windows were somehow below chest level (around 150cm from the ground), so you would have to bend down or stand further to enjoy the canal view On the plus side, the location was good.

Great hotel within walking distance to attractions

Pros: was very close to most if not all attractions/food in Amsterdam, is within walking distance... Is also within walking distance of the train station...
Cons: - The bathroom could be improved - Extra lift space - The changing of bedsheets - wasn't any milk for tea - TV- cant turn audio description off
Location: Location was great, looking out right onto the canal, hotel is littered around restaurants/bars etc... many attractions to visit all within 1.5 miles
Me and my better half had a very good experience at this particular hotel, the staff were lovely and kind and very genuine; couldn't fault the staff at all, also very helpful. However our bed sheets didn't get changed once, just flipped over... I noticed condensation starting to appear in the bathroom of our room and at night when going to bed, the extractor in the bathroom didn't turn off which was very annoying to try and fall asleep to, I think this was due to the condensation starting to appear in our room. Our actual stay wasn't the best as my partner didn't really get a lot of sleep during our time at the hotel due to the extractor fan, other than I the hotel was great, I'm sure if we had a different room our stay would have been marvellous. Would like to reiterate how great the staff at the hotel were. The hotel is located close to many attractions which is great, and it' also very close to all of the shopping centres and high street stores!

One staff was not polite. Toilet in room was a bit rare. It’s a disable toilet. Location of this hotel is fine.

Eden Hotel good location oved priced no breakfast.

Eden Hotel was a lovely hotel but too expensive for room only and no breakfast. Breakfast should have been included for the price of our booking flight & accomodation for 2 nights at £603.00 plus tax & were given a standard room without a canal view as requested for the two of us on the 4th floor. The beds were a little uncomfortable we should have been given an executive room. The staff were very helpful especially Tiffany & the 2 concierge men when we arrived. Great location think ebrookers you are over pricing customers. Krishna & Gail

Comfortable and convenience

My husband used this hotel before and recommended. Location is excellent and our room was especially quiet. Not luxurious, but comfy and clean enough for everything.
