Close to the centre, better to stay elsewhee thouh

Room not cleaned properly. Beds not made very well. Mini bar not restocked even with water - this despite requesting from the desk staff! Not worth the money. I would not recommend or stay here again given the choice

Lovely hotel

Checked I'm and our room was quite cold. Mentioned it to reception on our way out for dinner. On out return staff had dealt with it and room was warm as toast. Great job.

Terrible service ruined our stay

We had a terrible time with one of the staff that was terribly unprofessional, we reported it twice and were told no duty manager to speak to. Location and hotel are lovely and most staff were but certainly not a 5* experience. We will never stay here again.

Great spot easy get to from central staion

Pros: free mini bar, clean rooms big room
Cons: did get some street noise but that was all.
Location: Central Station Central amsterdam
I booked this hotel as needed some were to stay for a expo at Amsterdam RAI. i landed took the train to amsterdam central 8 mins walk. was greeted by great staff who told me my room was not ready before 2pm. they happly stored my bags. as i went out for a light lunch. on return i was shown my room that was a massive room with free mini bar and coffee facility. will come back an book here again.
