Pros: rooms big enough,bed comfortable Cons: During check in, I asked about the access of the king double connection rooms as we took one additional room for kids as well which was mentioned as connected in the booking site. When asked, the reception staff Isabella was showing some facial mannerisms which shows her unprofessional attitude towards a customer. When asked why you are showing such vulgar face expressions, the lady given a foolish reply that Amsterdam people are like this. Request Hilton Management to send these kind of staff for a personal soft skill training to avoid a bad image to a hotel group like Hilton. I travel around the world and this was my first experience in this way from a 5 start rated hotel. Another one on the same day, We went together as a group with a relative family and the Same lady given to my relative the room which was already occupied by another customer and the funniest part is the guy came opening the given room door in a underwear and fully drunk. Later we went down and Isabella give a new Room. Anyway all together funny and irritating experience from this hotel. No near by good restaurants, good connection to all places by car which can be arranged. really bit far away from city. It is more of a residential area.

Good hotel in museum area.

On arrival take taxi from airport. Then use 16 tram - excellent service. The tram is more keenly priced than bus and runs on parallel road behind hotel - 5 minute walk. In April 2017 lots of road works. Hotel restaurant provides a very nice menu. Rijks museum and Koncertbeau walking distance. Tea making facilitities.

pour un week -end à Amsterdam

Hôtel très confortable, et très bien situé par rapport à la ligne de tram qui amène directement au Rijskmuseum, Van gogh museum et Stedelijk Museum, puis au centre ville . Petit déjeuner exceptionnel.

Nicht das Geld wert...

Personal war enorm unfreundlich.. Es war alles überteuert und nicht das Geld wert. Zimmer-Service kann nicht mal Danke sagen und das Essen war schlichtweg ungenießbar. Zimmer an sich waren sauber und die Aussicht war schön.
