For £250 I expected a lot more. The room was tatty, the stairs very steep. Ridiculous no visitors in room policy. Won’t be staying again.

Where do I start! The room was disgustingly dirty, the balcony looked like it has never been cleaned, fridge didn’t work, tv didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work. Breakfast was a voucher you had to take to a horrible pancake place that you would never choose to eat in. The room consisted of a bed, broken fridge that wasn’t even plugged in and a tv that didn’t work. No coffee, tea not even a kettle or coffee machine. In fact this hotel has no option to get a coffee at all!! I don’t normally leave reviews but felt obligated to warm others. Only positive was the location of the hotel.

Following your review we can say that you really were not at your place. At our place TV works, fridge works, WiFi works perfect . Coffee machine is available at the reception desk for the price of €0,50 only. Even if you are not satisfied with your own choice please be objective and do not give wrong information.

Das Zimmer war in keiner Hinsicht den Bildern im Internet gleichgestellt! Im Badezimmer hatte es Schimmel und bei der Badezimmertür hatte es anstatt ein Gitter einfach ein Loch… An den Wänden im Zimmer gab es einen riesigen Schmierflecken, welcher anstatt zu übermalen, versucht worden ist weg zu wischen (was den Fleck nur noch schlimmer gemacht hat) Der Geruch im Zimmer war bestialisch (toxisch, wahrscheinlich durch Schimmelbekämpfungsmittel). Man hatte nach 5Minuten Aufenhalt im Zimmer bereits Halsschmerzen aufgrund des Geruchs. Auf dem Bett hatte es Haare sowie auch an den Wänden im Bad.. Schlimm..

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Jedoch würde ich nicht noch einmal da hin. Es ist nicht wirklich sauber und in meinem Zimmer hat es sehr chemisch gerochen und man konnte die Fenster nicht öffnen.

Die Zimmer sind super klein. Man hört das Nachbarzimmer, man hört die Strasse, inkl. Autos und Personen. Kaputte Fliesen, durchgelegenes Bett, wo man die Federn spürt. Aber sehr zentral gelegen!
