The service was excellent and staff were very helpful. The location was convenient to most of the town's tourist spots - all places of interest were within walking distance. Museum quarter was a 20 minutes leisurely walk.

Second time at the Okura and loved it just as much as the first. Only thing is that the hotel said the junior executive suite would have a TV in the bathroom but sadly it didn’t.

The hotel is too expensive to stay at not even talking about to eat or drink at the bar too overrated for nothing sake my friend and I paid €120 for gin and tonic (double shot) Nothing special at okura it’s just a normal. 5 star hotel I don’t believe the hotel deserve 5* status We Pre booked the hotel for €500 for 2 night 3 days.. but when we got there we paid €800 telling us about tax and exral Payment. Never again okura is a wrap!

Brilliant hotel with amazing restaurants

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at hotel okura. It was really close to Rai centre where I was attending a convention. It's a smart and modern hotel. They have some amazing Japanese restaurants as well as other restaurants
