Lieber Gast, Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es tut uns leid zu lesen, dass Sie den Service an unserer Bar nicht genossen haben. Wir haben herausgefunden, dass unser Front Office Champagner auf die zimmer gebucht hat weil das Prosecco must sein. Wir entschuldigen uns für diesen Fehler und werden dies auf Ihrer Kreditkarte korrigieren. Wir sprachen auch mit unserem Housekeeping Manager über Zucker und die Minibar. Wir haben unser Verfahren geändert, um sicherzustellen, dass dies nicht mehr geschieht. Bitte akzeptieren Sie unsere aufrichtigen Entschuldigungen. Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute für 2019!
