Great staff and huge room, the hotel was a lot better then expeced for the price you pay. Would 100% stay at this hotel again, one of the best hotels I stayed with in Amsterdam

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft schön..minuspunkt war der Blick an eine Hausfassade..obwohl in der Beschreibung Kanalblick stand..und 2m Minuspunkt war der Pick Up Dienst, da keiner am Flughafen erschien obwohl wir ihn in der Buchung zu gut hatten.

Wir sind etwas überrascht über Ihre Bewertung und bedauern, dass Sie nicht mit dem Front Office über diese Probleme gesprochen haben. Beim Check-in wird jeder Gast um eine Kaution in Höhe von € 200, - für eventuelle Nebenkosten gebeten. Dies ist auch klar auf der Website geschrieben. In Bezug auf den Blick nach hinten können wir Ihnen mitteilen, dass Sie eine Luxus Suite mit Blick nach hinten gebucht haben. Nur die Royal Suiten, die Imperial Suite und das Penthouse bieten Blick auf den Kanal. Dies ist auf allen Seiten sehr deutlich geschrieben. Wir haben auch Ihren Kommentar zum Abholservice gesehen. Wie Sie vielleicht bemerkt haben, ist der Flughafen Schiphol ein großer Flughafen. In Bezug auf die Abholung haben wir Ihnen eine E-Mail mit Einzelheiten zur Planung Ihrer Abholung gesendet. Da Sie darauf nie geantwortet haben, konnten wir diesbezüglich keine Reservierung vornehmen. Aus diesem Grund haben wir Ihnen eine kostenlose Abreise angeboten, die Sie akzeptiert haben. Die Lage und das Hotel sind super. Die Suiten sind sehr grosszügig und ich habe selten so bequeme Betten in Hotels gehabt.
