Paid for a double room and ended up with 2 single beds pushed together which kept splitting apart during the night.

The hotel is very good , clean and tidy. The reception, lobby and bar area is very nice. The only thing lacking is a restaurant in the hotel. You have a lobby menu which is limited and a bar menu which is more Tapas. So from a food perspective it is a little bit below average.

Das Hotel war ok. Für uns war es kein 5 Sterne Hotel und für diesen Preis würden wir nicht nochmals dort übernachten. Gewisse Zimmer sind nicht mit Lift zugänglich, die Flure haben teilweise ziemlich modrig gerochen und auf deren Böden lagen allerlei Dinge von Staubsaugern bis zu leeren Flaschen und Dosen. Das Personal am Check-in war sehr freundlich, andere Hotel-Mitarbeiter hingegen weniger - das Putzpersonal hat bei uns sehr genervt reagiert, als sie einmal in unser Zimmer kamen und wir noch dort waren - wir mussten darauf hin schnell raus, da eine spätere Zimmerreinigung scheinbar nicht möglich war und wir aber nicht darauf verzichten wollten, da wir Überbleibsel wie Haargummis inkl. Haaren von vorherigen Gästen gerne weggeräumt haben wollten. Das Zimmer sonst ist schön, genug gross und beinhaltet alles was man "braucht". Die Fenster sind ein wenig rückständig und dadurch war es teilweise in der Nacht ziemlich laut (das Zimmer liegt gegenüber einem Pub). Abgesehen davon sind die Räumlichkeiten wie Empfangshalle, Restaurant, Bar etc. des Hotels ganz in Ordnung und der Aufenthalt angenehm.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und musste nachgeputzt werden. Wir hatten ein „Familienzimmer“ mit einer Treppe von der Zimmertür ins Zimmer. War ok aber mit 3 kleinen Kindern und Kinderwagen suboptimal. Lage des Hotels ist top (grad beim Bahnhof). Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank (Minibar) im Zimmer.

Grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes Hotel mit nettem und hilfsbereitem Personal an der Reception sowie Concierge. Frühstück war gross und liess keine Wünsche offen. Zimmer wurde einfach ungenügend sauber gemacht. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich einfach mehr. Mein Toypudel hat Socken vom Vorgänger unter dem Bett gefunden. Auf dem Badezimmerboden schwarze lange Haare (ich habe kurze rote Haare!). Toilette hat leider keine WC Bürste, womit ich die Toilette nicht gründlich reinigen konnte. Die Putzfee hat dies leider auch nicht erledigt! Kleenex wurden nicht mehr aufgefüllt, obwohl die Box leer war. Leider auch überall Flecken wie z.B. auf dem Fussboden, auf dem Stehtischchen und Badspiegel. Stattdessen wurden täglich die Handtücher gewechselt, trotz Vermerk, dass wir an die Umwelt einen Beitrag leisten sollen und nicht täglich die Tücher wechslen lassen sollen. Putzpersonal ist einfach lausig und sollte dringend besser geschult werden.
