Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Check in and check our process very easy and quick. Rooms were large and clean, beds very comfortable. Hotel has obviously had a restyle and is very stylish. Can’t fault it, location was great 10-15 minute walk to the centre. Will definitely be returning and recommending

I requested a room with three single beds and was initially given a double plus bed settee, at my request, this was changed and was even more unsuitable as it was two beds and a ‘roll under’ bed, which was definitely not appropriate for an adult. No amount of discussion with staff was successful in giving us what we had booked and paid for, most unsatisfactory
