The staff are good , with great customer service, the breakfast is just bread and Croissant very simple with tea and butter left in your room and juice as well but this meant be due to covid 19 . The room is very small but it was well managed . The building is old as well but I wouldn’t expect anything less for hotel in city center. Very close to central station like 10mins walk. Proximity to everything is an advantage. The step is very steep and narrow .

Very disappointing very steep stairs not suitable for a lot of people would never choose this hotel again pictures are very disceiving

We liked it

When I booked through E-bookers, my booking mentioned room with 2 beds. Arrived at the hotel, they're reservation mentioned 1 big bed. So E-bookers get your info correct on the website please. And for your info, the hotel cut this short with the booking desk and problem was in the E-bookers camp. But, staff is very kind and helpful at this hotel. It took the receptionist about 3hours to get round this problem ... basically a 3hour waste of our time E-bookers. But at the end we got a room with 2 beds. Rooms a very thiny, basic but clean. Breakfast is basic, but fresh. The biggest draw of this hotel is its location and staff. Those two are a 5* +++

Good base for city exploring

Matched up to previous reviews we had read prior to our holiday. Spent 4 nights at Nadia in double room. Yes, plenty of steps and small bedrooms but it suited us well. Plenty of hot water in shower, although bathroom a little cramped and all floor wet once we had showered. However, lovely linen sheets on the comfy bed and good breakfast made this the perfect stay. Central location made for easy exploration of city by foot and choice of trams and trains available in close proximity. Found staff friendly and very helpful.

HOme and Away

Hi. Just spent two nights in hotel NadiaThe weekend was planned six weeks sgi but dunce booked i have injured my knee wasant aware hotel had no elevatoMY room was on Fourth floor just managed climb im aware now that lost of hořela in city have no elevator .So be careful when booking your hotel and alyways inquire about elevators That was the only bad point but i was lucky i could just about manage to negotiate the steep stairs

Hotellihuone oli pieni ja tunkkainen. Sänky oli erittäin epämukava: ihan kuin siinä olisi ollut kuoppa keskellä. Huone vaikutti kosteusvaurioituneelta.
