High standard airport hotel that can be recommended for a short, comfortable stay. It needs a shuttle to connect to the airport, its location is in a business area. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the facilities of the hotel are optimal. Amsterdam and Leiden are very much worth visiting and can be reached from Schiphol Airport by train. The airport shuttle only goes every 40 minutes, which results in too long waiting times.

Great hotel for access to the airport, All night shuttle makes for easy access to a night out in Amsterdam. There is a problem with cleaning staff making a lot of noise in the hall way early in the morning.

made to feel like 2nd class citizens

They prefer you to book direct and if you don't you'll be given a worse room and won't have other luxuries bestowed upon direct bookers such as free water etc

Comfortable, pillow cover could close properly as they remove easily and from hygiene point of view a bit disgusting, shower cleaning could have been better in our room, hair on tile, hairdryer ok.

Iv stayed in Radisson world wide. Normally I book a suite with 1 king bed. I was downgraded to a 2 bed deluxe "suite" in the standard of Radisson I know they must upgrade if the room is not to customer standard and isnt what the customer reserverd. So I know for fact there was few better rooms available and was downgraded to Business with "free" breakfast. Nice service but didnt go as friends and family policy. Last time to stay in here.
