Short trip to Amsterdam

The room and the bathroom where really very clean and nice, only on my bed, there was a bloodstain on the mattress and only a very thin bed linen to cover it up (but you could see it shining through). That's why I can't give 5 Points for room cleanliness. But apart from that everything was great.

Nice weekend getaway

Hotel was close to central Amsterdam. Staff were very friendly. On the first night out window didn't open, they upgraded us to a room that same day.

Awesome family trip

Nice clean friendly hotel in good location. Brilliant short break with family seeing all the sights of Amsterdam & sampling the merchandise. Well worth a visit. Would highly recommend. Had the best time loved every minute only downfall was massive queue at Anne Frank's museum.

frequent traveler.

It took 2 days to fix faulty room safe. No remote for TV. No soap or body wash in Despencer. Paid extra for breakfast - which I only bothered to have once as it was horrible. Nice location and very easy to get to centre and museums.

Does the job

Our hotel experience at Hotel Savoy was good. Staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were comfy and the location is walkable from the city centre if you don't mind walking. Tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been better and a stronger wifi connection.

Great city escape

The hotel is located south of the city. We stayed for 3 nights and found the location to be perfect with a great supermarket over the road and a simple walk/cycle north to the attractions. The hotel room was clean and very comfortable and the thick curtains let no light in the room so overall a perfect nights sleep every night. If you have the option I would not bother with the breakfast option, save your money and go for the bakery about 5 mins north of hotel. The cooked food was luke warm each day but they did have other items which are the same anywhere you go.
