Dear Anonymous, Thank you very much for you 5* review! We are very happy that you had a pleasant stay at The Hendrick's Hotel and that you enjoyed exploring Amsterdam by bike! We are sorry to hear that you found the breakfast was too pricey. We give a lot of attention to the quality of the items of our breakfast for example the special cheeses, salmon, parmaham, cava and many more. For the price of 15 EUR per person it is relatively not expensive, compared to the products that we offer, especially for a buffet style where you can have as much as you want. Our Hendrick's Royal Sky rooms is indeed with monumental exposed beams and other elements. The Hendrick's Hotel is built in a 17th century monumental canal house. Dear Steve, You are very kind for sharing your experiences of our hotel here! Thank you for your feedback regarding the breakfast. We try to make do with the limited space available in this typical Amsterdam building, and are looking for extra seating possibilities whilst not taking it's charm away. Furthermore we were not aware that you were missing some items on our breakfast buffet. As we do want to offer our guests good value for their money, we will try to expand the buffet with extra cereals besides the nuts, seeds, cereals and muesli. We're happy to see however that you have enjoyed staying at our hotel in room #2. Although noise is a constant in a crammed city as Amsterdam, we indeed try to limit the noise heard in the rooms, therefore I'm happy you were not troubled by it!
