Generally the hotel was very acceptable. Location very good for the metro. Room was fine. The Breakfast arrangements were the only negative. Poor organisation on all three days we had breakfast. This was a staff issue but also partly the way it was laid out. Stock of most things were either low or run out each time we arrived for breakfast. Hot water, Tea Bags, Yoghurt, sliced Fruit, spoons, cups, plates all ran out and we had to ask for more before they were replenished. Overall good, we did not have to have breakfast.

Young exciting hotel with plenty of activities

Great atmosphere. Helpful staff. Lots of little quirks really made a big difference. Would recommend to tourists and young professionals

Few nights away.

Best two nights sleep I have had in years. Massive bed too.

Great hotel, easily accessible

The staff are really helpful and make you feel welcome. Big stylish communal areas to meet new people and hang out. It was only a short metro ride away from central station which made it a lot easier

Paper thin walls.... hair in the bed... but was ac

The staff were amazing and very helpful It's a bit of a distance from the main centre (40 min walk) but close to metro and tram lines. And they hire bikes so that's fun We were allowed to check in a little early but received a noise complaint within the hour so at 2:30pm someone wasn't happy - We managed about 30 minutes of TV then it lost signal - we weren't in room long so not a real issue for us.

Highly Recommended!

Pros: The design and location.
Location: Metro is right outside brings you straight into the center of Amsterdam in less than 5 minutes.
Room was beautiful, staff very friendly and the metro is right outside the door.

Everything you need at suitable distance

Pros: location, facilities
Cons: Staff at reception seemed busy alot of the time, lack of kettle.
Location: oosterpark is close, hartogs bakery
I visited for three nights, was expecting it to be quite far but it was fine, the hotel has everything you need at a short distance. Metro is right outside 5min to centre. supermarkets just across road. Cycle hire at hotel (although unexplained) really easy to use and get by with.

Adam & Nikol City Break :-)

Pros: Free WIFI, offers a lot of services for guests, and clean and tidy throughout...
Cons: cheaper breakfast, more knowledge about the city & hotel (info) from reception. Possibly allow alcoholic drinks from the hotel bar to your room.
Location: Close to Metro stations and quick to city around 8 mins, Bike hire costs only 9 euros per day and the bikes are cool and modern.
Lovely, modern and convenient hotel offered everything you needed. recommend the bike hire. Would defiantly stay again! IAMsterdam...
