Reception staff weren't very friendly. She only said 'your name?' and no other greeting. Didn't tell us how to get to our room, anything about facilities or wifi etc. Very disappointed. Our room windows are dirty and it's the furthest away room from the reception and had to carry heavy cases to the 11th floor as no elevator to it. No wifi on 11th floor either

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for leaving a review. All our rooms have their own individual airco/heating system where you also find a ventilation system. We have some rooms where it is not possible to open the window, but it is possible to ventilate the room. In case you will return to our hotel please inform our reception that you prefer a room where the window can open, we can check what we have available and otherwise change you the next day.
