The property could do with some TLC but for what we paid which included breakfast it was value for money. Bed was very comfy room floor a bit uneven but it is a very old coaching inn. Check in staff very efficient and friendly. Could not say the same for the woman who served us at breakfast. On a positive note we could park the car on the premises. Location to Andover town very central. Noise from traffic was a problem but still managed a good nights sleep. Would we stay again...probably not. Also bedroom window was held open by wedging a glass cup to stop it droping. Again another positive note very hot water in bathroom.

A little tired and could do with some redecorating. But for what it cost it was good value.
