this is a resort that started off trying to be a luxury 5 star hotel but is resigned to mainly catering to families and kids, hence the standards are of a 4 star at most.

Not so a Spa Hotel

Pros: Room, food and drinks
Cons: Spa must be demolished and rebuilt 3 times bigger
This was a second andprobably a last time in this hotel. The room in the annex builing is an fact a large appartment . The water part on the beach is very good. Food and drinks are of very high standards. The main disspointment is the spa center . A pool the size of a puddle . Always noisy. Hamam is used as public bath. 2 inadiqute saunas filled beyond capacity almost all the time. To my opinion the hotel is not for those looking for quick and easy access to sea and a quit relaxing spa. But as mention above rooms are comfortable and food and drinks are great

Extremely Clean! Service and Staff are excellent.

We stayed here for 8 days, all facilities are very well maintained and its extremely children friendly. The quality of food is excellent with a good amount of choice. Shuttle service to the waterpark arrives every two minutes and not once do we remember waiting for the shuttle. Special thanks to the cleaning crew they are spotless and do an excellent job. If you have kids then its the one to go for they have thought about pretty much everything for children with great activities and dedicated children eating areas with a kids buffet. Free drinks and snacks are available pretty much everywhere. Only downside to this hotel is the having the waterpark away from the premises.

Grundsätzlich haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Hotel und die Auswahl des Essens ist hervorragend. Das Personal war auch immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider gibt es gewisse Punkte, vor allem einen, die nicht so toll waren. Das grösste Ärgernis waren die Kämpfe um die Liegestühle an den Pools. Wenn man diese nicht mit einem Badetuch am Morgen früh reserviert und ich meine wirklich früh ,was eigentlich nicht erlaubt ist, hat man keine Liegemöglichkeit mehr. Wir wollten an unserem ersten Tag um 08:30 Uhr an den Pool gehen und alle Liegestühle waren bereits reserviert und wir hatten unseren ersten Frust. Dies betrifft vor allem die Poolanlage direkt beim Hotel. Selbst im Wet and Wild Park hat man ab ca. 9 Uhr keine Liegemöglichkeiten mehr in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Pool weil alles reserviert war. Wenn man Kinder hat wie wir, dann ist dies wichtig diese Möglichkeit zu haben um eine bessere Kontrolle zu haben. Das Haarsträubenste was wir erlebt haben war, das neben uns zwei Liegestühle den ganzen Tag reserviert waren und um ca. 16 Uhr!!! kamen die zwei Personen um diese zu benützen........ Was auch nicht so toll war, dass das Abendessen im Hauptrestaurant immer ein riesiges Gedränge war. Das sollte man schauen, dass man vielleicht ein zweites Restaurant mit Buffet an einem anderen Ort macht um die Anzahl der Personen etwas zu splitten. Der Letzte Kritikpunkt betrifft das Internet. Falls man überhaupt ein Verbindung hatte, war dieses sehr langsam.
