Worst 5* hotel experience in the last 10 years.

The first day the problems started so we checked in went upstairs to our room 810 realised that one of the mirror bulb was out so called the reception I was told I’ll get a call back no one did I still didn’t bother I thought maybe it’s a one off but no it was a start to the worst hotel experience. The room was apparently cleaned everyday but correct me if I’m wrong cleaning the room means changing the bedding and providing new cleaned glasses ?? But it got to a point where I had to line up a number of dirty glasses in front of the door and take all the duvet and bed sheet off for them to clean it. The tv channels are all in Turkish language except one channel. I was not shown around the hotel at the beginning and barely new where things were by the end of the stay. Only one person at the restaurant, one person on our check out day and a taxi driver who parks near the hotel made this holiday feel like a holiday. Other than that the whole stay felt like it was a zombie town with no one really attentive no one smiling. It a shame that this hotel is branded Rixos it is poor and not worthy of the brand Rixos. I last stayed at Worldorf Astoria and that was an experience not to forget from the staff member to the cleaner to the manager they all had a smile an were very attentive weather they could help of not. Simple comparison when arriving to the hotel after I went out with my wife everyday not one at Rixos opened the taxi door to help us out where in all our previous 5*.

As Rixos Downtown Antalya Hotel we host our guests from all over the world and we have lots of nationalities in our house. Nice hotel but inexperienced stuff

Nice hotel 5 min walk down to the beach 20 min to the old town. Nice location. Hotel is very quiet unlike the one next to it Falez... Other down point is the stuff at the reception not helpful at all we had to discover touristic places by ourselves

Great

Everything was great and perfect, the view was amazing. The only downside is the location is quite far from old city and you either have to walk around 20 minutes to get there or take a taxi.

VIP-Access, eine grosse Lüge! Personal freundlich, Hilfe gibt es trotzdem nicht. Getränke muss man sich beim Essen selber holen, das kenne ich von Rixos anders. 4,5 Stunden gewartet, bis ich um 18:05 Uhr ein falsches Zimmer bekam.

Very good hotel but would need a modern update some time soon. The food was fresh, delicious and quite cheap. It's very worth trying the evening buffet. It's also worth to purchase a transfer from the airport to the hotel. Hamam and saunas are free of charge, There is a bigger road going on the city site which might be a bit busy in the morning. Otherwise it was quite as hotel is located 20-30min walk from the city center, right next to nice, family-friendly park. The restaurant staff working in daytime shift could speak better English, it was challenging to learn the price of lunch from them. Staff at the reception spoke perfect English.

Sehr komfortables Business Hotel

Pros: Das Personal! Sehr zuvorkommend und gut ausgebildet.
Cons: Frühstück mit allen Kaffeespezialitäten anbieten. Es gibt viele Europäer die nur Kaffee zum Frühstück trinken. Zimmer: Mobiliar erneuern.
Das Team ist sehr zuvorkommend und professionell. Im grossen und gangen bin ich sehr zufrieden. Check-In= Ich konnte ohne Probleme um 9:00 Uhr einchecken obwohl check-in erst ab 14:00 Uhr sein sollte. Zimmer= Ich hatte eine Suite gebucht. Die erste Suite entsprach nicht meinen Vorstellungen, innerhalb einer halben Stunde bot man mir einen wechsel in eine andere Suite an. Änderungsvorschlag: Ein direkter Zugang zur Terrasse wäre schön. Der Weg über den Balkon ist ziemlich nervig. Frühstück= Das Frühstück ist perfekt und lässt keine wünsche offen. Einziges Manko - Espresso wird separat berechnet. Lobby/Bar= Hakan ist eine Bereicherung für das Hotel. Sehr zuvorkommend und höflich, hat ein unheimliches Wissen und ist immer gleich gelassen und gut gelaunt! Preise sind gehoben aber man darf auch nicht vergessen dass man in einem Business Hotel ist und nicht in einem All-Inclusive Hotel. Die Piano Begleitung in den Abendstunden rundet die Atmosphäre wunderbar ab. House-Keeping= TOP Personal= Der Service ist TOP. Man versucht auf alle wünsche einzugehen. Alle Mitarbeiter haben den Aufenthalt nochmal um einiges Aufgewertet. Frage: Was war die Aufgabe der beiden russischen Damen recht und links von der Rezeption? Sie konnten auf keine Frage Antworten, wussten nichts vom Hotel. Konnten weder vernünftig türkisch, deutsch oder englisch Antworten. Sie waren immer gelangweilt und hatten durchgehend schlechte Laune. Ich habe dies als sehr störend empfunden. Empfang/Taxi= Ausgezeichnet!!!

hôtel est bien situé,proche de la mer et du centre

Superbe hôtel (non all-inclusive), équipement sportif, sauna hammam parfait. Peu de client pour une periode très affluente.La chambre est étroite je trouve, pour un hôtel de cette classe sinon la vue sur la mer et les montagne est magnifique. 2 lampes ne fonctionnaient pas mais le reste m'a ravi. Tout le personnel est professionnel et chaleureux. Je conseillerais cet hôtel autour de moi et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Sekoileva Reception

Uskomation sekoilu maksamisen kanssa. Eivät olleet kirjanneet lainkaan e-bookersin kautta suoritettua maksua vaan alkoivat vaatia uudelleenmaksua. Onneksi selvitimme asian pitkän kaavan kautta edellisenä iltana. Seuraavana aamuna soittivat vielä taksiin perään ja kyselivät jotain maksuista. Täydellistä ammattitaidottomuutta. Aulapalveluilla ei ollut mitään tietoa eikä tarjottavaa liittyen läheisten historiallisten paikkojen käynteihin. Pyytäessäni tietoa Termessos paikan käynnin hinnasta aulapalvelu soitteli vähän aikaa, mitään ei ollut valmiina ,a lopulta ilmoittivat hinnaksi 200 €. Paikallisella taksiasemalla käynti hyvällä pienoisbussilla maksoi 55 €. Muuten hyvä hotelli mutta aulatiskillä tuli huono olo.
