Room Not Cleaned

Pros: Good position and very quite.
Cons: Employ a housekeeper that does her job and checks that the rooms have been cleaned.
Location: Very good
We stayed for 2 nights the hotel is very good and in a good position, our problem was that our room was not made up on our second day. When we told reception we were sent towels and tea facilities but had to make up our own bed and clean the bath. This put a bit of a damper on our stay which was enjoyable up to this point. We told reception on leaving the next day that we were not happy regarding this issue, the receptionist said she was sorry but made no attempt to report it to the manager or to give an explanation as to why our room was missed and not cleaned.
