Dear Mrs/Mr, Thank you for sharing your feedback from your stay with us. I am genuinely sorry to hear you were disappointed with the quality of our buffet. Your experience clearly does not meet with the standards we strive for. I find it strange to read that you could not find any eggs, because we serve with each breakfast scrambled and boiled eggs. Maybe you came at the moment that we just did a refill, but in the future you can always ask.
