Excellent city centre hotel.

Pros: Excellent position and quiet location, close to central Antwerp
Cons: Everything is as expected
Location: It is a hotel close to the main central station; there are buses in the street just under the bridge and all attractions are nearby
This was my second visit to this hotel and it did not disappoint. The rooms are a very good size, and this time, I only booked an economy room but all the facilities were the same as the business room, and for me the fact that there was only a shower and no bath was big advantage. The toiletries are somewhat sparse, but the tea making equipment, and good size fridge are very useful. I will definitely chose this hotel on a future visit

purpose built hotel with large comfortable room

Pros: It was in a nice quiet location.
Cons: A few more toiletries would be pleasing.
Location: It is very close to the main central station and shopping
I only needed this hotel for sleeping as I was in Antwerp for a very special family occasion and it was most acceptable and comfortable. Rooms are well appointed, with fridge, safe, tea making facilities and warm despite outside temperatures being below freezing for much of the time. The only surprise was the extremely sparse toiletries - just a shower cap, nail file and body lotion. Fortunately, I had brought my own soap and had to buy shower gel. There is liquid soap in a container on the wall next to the small mirror, but I prefer bar soap. The door key has to be inserted into a slot by the door so that the electrics come on and this is a very good idea, as on leaving the room, it is not necessary to switch off all the lights. The lighting is not very bright, but for the time I was there, it was sufficient. There were three pillows on the bed and the linen was good quality.

Good quality stylish hotel

Recently stayed for three nights and really enjoyed the hotel, everything is stylish and good quality throughout, our economy room was spacious and comfortable with good amenities. Although it's conveniently right next to the rear entrance of Antwerp Centraal station, there are no busy roads and the soundproofing is excellent - we didn't hear a thing from either inside or outside the hotel throughout our stay. Staff were extremely professional and welcoming, very helpful with all our requests. Would highly recommend having dinner in the restaurant if you're not staying here, the quality of the food was absolutely superb - my only suggestion would be a bit of (soft) background music for atmosphere, but that's a very minor niggle. Don't expect much in the immediate location in terms of shops etc, but you can walk into the centre in around 10 mins, and there's a taxi rank immediately outside the front door (or staff will call one for you). Definitely recommended and hope to stay there again.

Good Hotel, not so good location!

Very modern, clean, stylish hotel. Our room was excellent, dual aspect, large comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is strangely located at the back door of a train station. Shops & restruants are about a 10 minute wall, with the main sqaure and streets about 20-25 minute walk. The bar was closed during our stay for refurbishment.
