The hotel is very conveniently located. However, the cleanliness of the corridors and room was poor. The staff lack proper training and in general the service quality was disappointing.

Ein toller architektonischer Bau gegenüber des riesigen Bahnhofs. Die Metro ist gleich vor der Türe, die Diamanten-Strasse, unzählige Restaurants und für die Kinder die tolle „Plobsa Station“ um die Ecke. Eine empfehlenswerte Bar bietet das Hotel ebenfalls. Unser Junior-suite Zimmer war super. Und wir hatten auch das Fitness und den Wellness-Bereich genossen. Keine Mängel festgestellt.

Einzigartig ist ganz sicher die Architektur des Hotels. Das Gebäude ist von aussen her nicht zu übersehen. Innen ist es sehr komfortabel eingerichtet.

Huone oli todella tilava ja siisti. Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen, aivan päärautatieasemaa vastapäätä! Sportpaleisillekin käveli ihan käden käänteessä.

Keine Minibar. Die Decke im Badezimmer blätterte ab. Das Duvet stank nach alt/verfault (aber nur anfangs), bis sich der Geruch verflüchtigt hatte (1 Tag). Matratze war zwar sehr weich, aber angenehm. Auf dem Balkon stand noch ein Glas voller Zigarettenstummel. Wurde nie weggeräumt. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Hotel liegt gleich am Bahnhof, aber das Quartier ist sehr dreckig und es hat überall gestunken. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung. Ich würde jedoch nicht wieder dort buchen.

.A wonderful hotel next to the railway station The staff was very friendly and polite, and breakfast is an experience in a big room with large Windows.
