Dear Guest, We would like to thank you for sharing your review after your recent stay with us. It was much with a concern that your stay was affected by the lack of indoor pool, sauna hammam and jacuzzi. Kindly note, that Spa is an outsource company inside the hotel which means that has a different management and hotel is not responsible for its operation. The comment about the food surprised us a lot since our Chef is several time awarded and we have many good reviews about ouf cousin. Of course this is a subjective issue but your comment is absolutely respectable.
