If you did not want to use the private pool because as you said it was cold you should not had asked for an upgrade to a room with private pool. We discussed this numerous times with your husband and yourself and this is shown from previous real-time review that you sent and our reply on this. In this previous review of yours two days before you wrote about our friendly staff and now you wrote exactly the opposite. You also extended your stay with us showing that you enjoy the hotel. Your attitude changed when we told you that we will not give you a discount just because you threaten us with a bad review. If you are looking for free services this is not the place to be. Concerning the crib it is CE certified for durability and safety and as soon as you told us about the incident we replaced it immediately although you said we were unconcerned. In this hotel we welcome people who want to relax, enjoy our luxurious facilities and excellent beach not people who are looking for reasons to try to get free services and discounts. This property is not the right fit for this kind of attitude. Thank you, Natalia
