Extremely poor customer service, especially in reception. My partner was taken to hospital due to food poisoning, most staff made aware, no follow up whatsoever done. What was also disappointing is that we came there to celebrate birthday. I have requested staff to do whatever is possible - a card would be nice gesture, to my surprise found nothing in the room. I ended up paying 15 euros for bottle of Prosecco (we booked all inclusive package) as I was embarrassed in front of my partner. Overall good product, but service has to improve. I wouldn’t return and most likely wouldn’t recommend to others.
