Had to pay an upgrade of 330 euros for aircon. What a rip off den. Needs levelled and rebuilt.

the staff as always are great. we have stayed at this hotel a few times each time we have stayed in a premium room ,the hotels condition is poor and in my opion neads a complete refit 43 year old hotel says it all. the managment should complement there staff as this the only reason we have gone back

autumn holiday

Good value hotel but lacks room amenities, hair dryer, fan as no air conditioning, kettle if like us on bed and breakfast. Stayed in two rooms over a two week holiday and both rooms were spacious but hard uncomfortable single beds pushed together as a double. Stayed many times over the years but it does lack comfort offered by competition.

end of year getaway

Loved it. Compared to the one i was in before, it was like a palace. only stayed there for 3 days and totally turned the holiday around. couldnt believe it qas only a 3 star hotel. will be staying there again when i go back to tenerife.

Enjoyed my stay

Only stayed for three nights, really enjoyed my stay. I booked a superior room with sea view which was on the top floor so cannot comment on the standard rooms. The room was tastefully decorated, spotless and comfortable.the views were magnificent and the staff very pleasant and friendly.i found using the hotel phone was very expensive considering I didn't use it that much but ended up with a bill for 70 euros! Don't know we're that figure came from, still puzzled !!! But overall a pleasant stay.

Problems which spoiled an otherwise good hotel

Only one electric plug in room, no A/C, had to hire a fan, no hairdryer had to hire one. Sheets only changed on last day. Lack of staff in bar and reception causing long delays. No wi-fi in room. However breakfast was very good.
