The hotel was nice and clean, the breakfast was quite good. The neighbouring property (Veronicas Strip) was extremely noisy all night till about 6am, the area around it was dirty, full of litter and a strong smell of urine. There was a lot of people offering drugs for sale outside the strip.

Staff very warm and friendly and do a wonderful job. No doubt this would have been one of the top hotels in Playa in the past but is now dated and tried looking compared with the more modern hotels. What really lets the hotel down is the noise level from the surrounding area. Even in the quiet room we requested (and given?) the noise from the bar opposite was unbelievable and went on until nearly morning. Not the hotel fault of course.

Great views, was not happy that every morning people staying at the hotel would run down with towels to the pool and reserve the sun beds, not one of my seven days at the hotel did I get a sun bed very frustrating especially when the hotel states no reserving the sun beds

This is the noisiest hotel I have ever stays at. The music blares out from Tramps Disco opposite the hotel all night. It was still bouncing off the walls when we left at 5:30am to travel back to the airport.

Next to ocean but no sandy beach, its all rocks and pebbles fronting hotel, need to walk 5 min to a sandy beach.
