Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und genügend gross. Die Halbpension Option haben wir nicht bereut. Die a la Carte Auswahl und das Essen waren sehr gut. Das Ambiente schön. Das zweite Restaurant im 5. Stock hat einen tollen Ausblick. Im Spielzimmer hatten unsere Kinder viel Spass und das Hallenbad war gross genug, so dass unsere Kinder niemanden gestört haben. Es gab kein Kinderbecken, aber das ist ok. Ea gibt genügend PP im Parkhaus, was sehr wichtig war aufgrund des Wettera. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.

Top Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, vorallem im Alpensand Panoramic Restaurant. Wellness Anlage ist gut und grosszügig. Die Sauberkeit könnte verbessert sein. Fussboden im Zimmer war nicht sauber (verschiedene Haare), in den Restaurants sind die Tische teilweise nicht sauber. Preis-Leistung eher obere Grenze (teuer).

Wir haben eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht, und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Was unserer Meinung nach aber unbedingt verbessert werden muss, ist "das Nebeneinander" von Familien und kinderlosen Gästen im Wellnessbereich. Die Beschriftung im ganzen Hotel ist nur in englischer Sprache. Es wäre schön, wenn dies auch noch in deutscher Sprache beschriftet wäre .

Die Tenovation ist gut gelungen. Aber das Personal ist viel schlechter. Nicht hilfsbereit, Servicepersonal spricht nicht oder ganz schlecht deutsch. (Bis auf ganz wenige Ausnahmen) die Portionen bei der Halbpension sind klein und die Auswahl der Hauptspeisen schlecht. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht mehr.

Der Empfang war super und sehr freundlich. Auch das Zimmer ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Der Pool ist ein bisschen Alt aber immer noch sehr gut in Takt, hat sogar einen Strudelkanal wie im Säntispark. Die Auswahl des Menüs am Abend ist knapp aber sehr fein und schön hergerichtet.
