Our evening meal was great. Staff were nice and friendly. There was no toilet paper in our room, just 2 empty ones. Quite a lot of cobwebs everywhere. There seemed to be quite a bit of disorganisation - our room had just had part of the wall replastered just before we arrived, causing our dog to get plaster paste all over him.

No teabags milk or tolet roll in the room. Shower would not switch off had to fetch staff to fix. Dinner was poor breakfast was disgusting and girl in bar was just rude!

Ideal location with stunning views

We chose this hotel for its accessibility to Loch Lomond. The bedroom was very comfortable. We dined in the restaurant every evening because of the choices available and value for money. The food was excellent and the bar had an excellent selection of malt whisked. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We will go back to the Village Inn again.
