Front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and with a great location. Beds were very comfortable although pillows were a little too soft for me. Everything we needed for a quick stay. It was convenient to our family and we would stay here again.

Wedding trip
It was very cold all throughout the lobby, the AC was on. We had a party of 12 family members staying there for a wedding on Saturday and had hopes of gathering in the lobby to visit ahead of time since we all traveled over 10 hours. The first person behind the desk that we spoke to about the temperature said,” yes I know it’s cold.” We had no explanation and the staff were wearing hats and coats. After asking again the second day we were told there was a part for the thermostat on order. Since the outdoor temperatures were barely 40 it was very uncomfortable and could not enjoy sitting there for a meal or visiting. We finally saw two space heaters in another area and moved them but they didn’t cover a very large space. There didn’t seem to be any apologies for the inconvenience. The containers of ice water were put out very late in the day and taken away before evening. Is that because they want you to pay $2 for the bottled water in your room? I felt the elevators and some hallways were in need of vacuuming.
