Constant stream of low level issues

Stayed here 4 times in last few months since it opened. They advertise a dry cleaning service, they don't have one "yet" offered to take mine to an external cleaner and added a surcharge that was half the price of the clothes anyway. It's a Hilton! It isn't an old soviet hotel. Was sat in the bar and a block of wood fell off the wall narrowly missing colleague. It had been glued on. It's clear the hotel was rushed in its opening. Breakfast is the worst selection I have ever come across. Again, it's a Hilton not a downmarket dump Other things tv didn't work, Sat in bar asked for nuts with beer like the night before, told no, go and buy some from the shop. Asked to book taxis, they forgot And so on! Just a series of low level things to moan about Rooms good though
